Espresso
A short, dense shot — dark chocolate up front, dried fig on the finish. Our house Måråk blend, dialled fresh.
Small-batch beans, slow-roasted over long mornings until the sweetness settles. No rush, no shortcuts — only the cup as it was meant to be.
Every origin arrives green and unopinionated. We coax it awake over gentle heat, listening for the first crack, then holding the roast a breath longer than most dare — where the caramel notes deepen and the acidity turns to honey.
Måråk began as a single drum roaster and a stubborn belief: that a good cup is a slow conversation between bean, water and time. We have not been in a hurry since.

Nothing here is automated to a curve. We taste at every stage, correct by hand, and let the bean tell us when it is ready.
